Duties: Cognitive testing of newly admitted residents and

annual evaluation, therapy, and behavior plan development;

integrated care with hospital staff.

Aug 2011-July 2012Administrator, ADHD/LD Assessment

Location: Quin Curtis Psychological Services Center for Psychological Service, Training, and Research at West Virginia University.

Supervisor: William Fremouw, Ph.D.

Duties: Managed patient care (e.g. conducted phone and in-person screenings and assigned patients to clinical teams).

Performed ADHD and learning disability assessments and wrote comprehensive evaluations with clients 18 years of age and older.
