______- An audit trail of every action that has been performed on a

patient's record can be viewed in this application. This application shows the date, time, action and operator who performed it.

______- In this application you can view and print a summary of the patient's information. Each patient summary includes their basic demographic and insurance information, pharmacies, attorneys, schools, and emergency contacts.

______- This application is where patient referrals and authorizations for

treatment are stored. Multiple referrals and authorizations for a patient

can be saved. Referrals can be out-going, as in the case of a primary care

office tracking to whom they refer patients to, or inbound, as in the case of a

specialist tracking from whom he is getting patient referrals.

______- This application allows you to activate or pre-register a patient for access to track and manage their personal health and account information via a secure portal.

______- In this application, patients are registered and added into the CareTracker system. Each patient's record contains basic identifying

information, i.e., full name, address, phone number, gender, Social Security
