The scales of work quality are based on the followings:

The first and second evaluation officers should do the evaluation based on the actual achievement of the evaluated officer by comparing his or her determined yearly working goals and his or her controlled sources mentioned in SKT1 (Yearly Working Goals). The evaluation should be based on each detail of criterion mentioned by using the above scales.
