Hello & Welcome.

Some residents who have recently had new kitchens and bathrooms fitted, have expressed dissatisfaction at the work that has been carried out. All tenants who have had the kitchen and bathrooms completed by Keep Moat and who have any problems/issues, complaints regarding the work or the contractors to write down the issues and pass them to or

Update given regarding external works planned on the estate.

Windows on Parkside estate will be renewed including the communal windows, and patio doors.

Leaseholders have questions regarding the planned works on the estate including if roof repairs are going ahead.

More information is needed, Leaseholders will be receive letters regarding the works and planned cost. Leaseholders will have 30 days to reply to letters with their comments, observation or objections.

A section 20 for all external work needs to be submitted. Instruction has recently been received.

External Wall insulation will not go ahead as it is too expensive. Looking at funding options to get insulation work done.

Section 20 resubmitted as some works planned for the estate have to be omitted.

Work on the estate could start by March 2017.

Some of the lease holders on the estate are not happy about the possible cost of the works as roof replacements, and window at the same time could prove costly, some leaseholders are still paying for the replacement lift.

Not all leaseholders wish to take part in having new windows.
