PowderPuff Pre-game Meal and Homecoming Bonfire:

Date: Thursday, October 15

Location: City Park Roundhouse for Pre-game meal and old ball field area for bonfire

Tasks: Reserve Roundhouse – Cindy Barhorst Bone

Coordination of Pregame Meal – Jodi Walland

Order Pizza

Desserts, Water, Coolers & Ice

Plates, Napkins, Plastic Tablecloths

Dinner should be ready at 6:00. Players/coaches meet with Mr. Oakes at 5:45 with dinner following. Game scheduled to start at 7:00

Put something in the student announcements inviting all students to the Bonfire – Beth Hallauer

Tipp Foundation Grant Update – We cannot receive any grants until we reapply for 5013c status. Teresa has all paperwork completed and Tina will have a CPA at her firm look it over before submission. Cost is $850(?)

Basketball Concessions

Basketball schedule – Schedule was reviewed, first home game is Boy’s vs Butler on Black Friday (11/27) followed by Girl’s vs Kenton Ridge on 11/28

Volunteered to inventory do online order of food and supplies – Cindy Bone

Volunteered to recruit and organize volunteers – Beth Hallauer

PWC supervisors for volunteers on specific game dates – Sign up on Volunteer site same as parent volunteers
