Business Arising from Previous meeting:

1.  Sausage Sizzle Wrap up: $465 profit made

Tony suggested perhaps pizza next time as something different – for further discussion.

It was agreed that one parent helper per class to help serve would be very helpful next time.

Each class will receive a box with glovers, sauce, tongs to assist with serving.

2.  Disco Wrap up: $605 Profit from the night. Generally positive feedback.

Simon found it difficult to attract teachers to help with the event. Entry/exit points need to be improved for efficiency.

3.  Sports Day Wrap Up: $755 was raised from the sale of sausages, steak sandwiches and drinks. There was a good response for parent helpers. We need to respond to offers of parent help in a timely manner.
