ABSTRACT

This document gives formatting instructions forauthors preparing papers for publication in IJRSCE. The authors must follow the instructionsgiven in the document for the papers to be published. You canuse this document as both an instruction set and as a templateinto which you can type your own text.The abstract should summarize the context, content and conclusions of the paper in less than 250 words. It should not contain any reference citations or displayed equations. Typeset the abstract in 10px Times New Roman with line spacing 1.

  1. INTRODUCTION

This template, modified in MS Word any version and saved as a “Word 97-2003 Document” for the PC, provides authors with most of the formatting specifications needed for preparing electronic versions of their papers.

  1. PAGE LAYOUT

An easy way to comply with the conference paper formatting requirements is to use this document as a template and simply type your text into it.

2.1 Page Layout

Your paper must use a page size corresponding to A4 which is (8.27") wide and 297mm (11.69") long. The margins must be set as follows:

• Top = 0.5"

• Bottom = 0.5"

• Left = Right = 0.5"

Your paper must be in two column format with width (3.51”) spacing (0.25”) of between columns.

Remove all after and before Paragraph Space from paper.

  1. PAGE STYLE

All paragraphs must be indented. All paragraphs must bejustified.

3.1 Text Font of Entire

DocumentThe entire document should be in Times New Roman orTimes font. Type 3 fonts must not be used. Other

font typesmay be used if needed for special purposes.Recommended font sizes are shown in Table 1.

3.2 Title and Author Details

Title must be in 24 pt Times New Roman font. Author name must bein 16 pt Times New Roman font. Author affiliation must be in 10 pt.Email address must be in 10 pt.

All title, author details and abstract must be in single-column format, title and author must be centered, ABSTRACT heading with uppercase latter and boldface in centered 12 pt Times New Roman.ABSTRACT all paragraphs must be justified.

Every word in a title must be capitalized except for shortminor words such as “a”, “an”, “and”, “as”, “at”, “by”, “for”,“from”, “if”, “in”, “into”, “on”, “or”, “of”, “the”, “to”, “with”.

3.3 Section Headings

Allheadings must be in 10pt font bold face. Every word in a heading mustbe capitalized except for short minor words as listed inSection-3.

3.4 Sub-headings

Sub-headings should be typeset in boldface and capitalize the first letter of the first word only. Section number to be in boldface, roman.

3.4.1 Level-1 Heading:

A level-1 heading must be in Small Caps, left align and numbered using uppercase Roman numerals. For example, see heading “3. Page Style” of this document.

3.4.2 Level-2 Heading:

A level-2 heading must be in regular, left-justified and numbered using an uppercase alphabetic letter followed by a period. For example, see heading “C. Section Headings” above.

3.4.3 Level-3 Heading:

A level-3 heading must be indented, in regular and numbered. The body of the level-3 section immediately follows the level-3 heading in the same paragraph. For example, this paragraph begins with a level-3 heading. For example, see heading “Sub-heading. Section Headings” above.

3.4.4Sub-subheadings

Typeset sub-subheadings in medium face and capitalize the first letter of the first word only. Section numbers to be in roman.

3.4.5Equations

Displayed equations should be numbered consecutively, with the number set flush right and enclosed in parentheses. The equation numbers should be consecutive within the contribution

Equations should be referred to in abbreviated form, e.g.“Eq.(1)”. In multiple-line equations, the number should be given on the last line.

Displayed equations are to be centered on the page width. Standard English letters like x are to appear as x (italicized) in the text if they are used as mathematical symbols. Punctuation marks are used at the end of equations as if they appeared directly in the text.

1.Theorem Style

Theorem-1Theorems, lemmas, etc. are set on a separate paragraph, with extra 1 line space above and below. They are to be numbered consecutively within the contribution.

3.6 Figures and Tables

Figures and tables must be centered in the column. Largefigures and tables may span across both columns. Any tableor figure that takes up more than 1 column width must bepositioned either at the top or at the bottom of the page.Graphics may be full color. Graphics must not use stipple fill patternsbecause they may not be reproduced properly. Please useonly SOLID FILL colors which contrast well both on screenand on a black-and-white hardcopy, as shown in Fig. 1.

3.7 Page Numbers, Headers and Footers

Page numbers, headers and footers must not be used.

3.8 References

When referring to a reference item, please simply use thereference number, as in [2]. Do not use “Ref. [3]” or“Reference [3]” except at the beginning of a sentence, e.g.“Reference [3] shows …”. Multiple references are eachnumbered with separate brackets (e.g. [2], [3], [4]–[6]).

Examples of reference items of different categories shownin the References section include:

  • example of a book in [1]
  • example of a book in a series in [2]
  • example of a journal article in [3]
  • example of a conference paper in [4]
  • example of a patent in [5]
  • example of a website in [6]
  • example of a web page in [7]
  1. CONCLUSIONS

The template is used to format your paper and style the text. All margins, column widths, line spaces, and text fonts are prescribed; please do not alter them. You may note peculiarities. For example, the head margin in this template measures proportionately more than is customary. This measurement and others are deliberate, using specifications that anticipate your paper as one part of the entire proceedings, and not as an independent document. Please do not revise any of the current designations.
