FOOTBALL COMPETITIONS (UNDER-19 Boys)
RULES & REGULATIONS
Read the guidelines and rules before participation
1. All the matches shall be played according to the rules of All India Football Federation, unless otherwise modified in these rules.
2. A football team shall consist of maximum 18 players. No players shall be allowed to take part in the tournament without proper kit.
3. Up to the semi-finals, the duration of the match shall be25+05+25minutes and the final shall be of 45+10+45 minutes.
4. Rules pertaining to substitution of players shall be as per FIFA rules.
5.Procedure to determine the winner of a match shall be on the basis of penalty kicks in the event of a match coming to a draw.
6. The referee shall choose the goal at which the penalty kicks have to be taken.
7. Five penalty kicks shall be taken alternately by each team.
8. With the exception of the foregoing case, only players who are on the fields of play at the end of the match, which includes extra time,are allowed to take penalty kicks.
9. Semi-final losers will play the hard line match to decide 3rdand 4thplace in the tournament.
Participation Fee:Rs.2500/- will be charged from each team to meet the expenses incurred for the conduct of the tournament.
Eligibility
Age: The players should be within the particular age group on 31stDecember of the year of competition.(Under-19 years: Born on or after01-01-1996)
Participants will have to produce the Original Birth Certificate in case of any dispute
- Only bona-fide students shall be eligible to participate in the Inter School Tournaments/meets. Feeding any non bona-fide students shall lead to disqualification of a team.
B. Incomplete Proforma in any respect will lead to disqualification of a team.
C. Any violation of eligibility condition (overage or impersonation) shall be dealt with according to rules.
D. Medical check-up may also be applied by the Jury of Appeal appointed by the organizing school in case of any dispute.
REQUIREMENT
A. The entry forms shallaccompany a photograph of the team with school principal duly countersigned by the Principal.
B. The CBSE registration number given shall be furnished for players studying in class-IX and above.
C. Every school shall send one responsible member of the staff as coach/manager who will be fully responsible for the conduct of his team on and off the field.
D. The officials accompanying the team shall have a valid identity card issued by their school Principal.
E. All the supporting papers verifying the age of players, etc. in original as per the CBSE guidelines & rules shall be carried personally by the team manager/coach while reporting for participation.
F. The player’s right to participate will be forfeited if he fails to produce the papers supporting the eligibility conditions in original on demand. Any team not fulfilling the above requirements before the commencement of the tournament shall not be permitted to participate.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
All the teams should report in proper uniform at the venue 1 hr. before commencement of their match.
The players list (final 11) should be handed over to the organizing convener as soon as the team reaches the venue.
