Agreement for Purchase of Services
We the undersigned agree to purchase the services from Painted Fantasy Carriages for the following event:

TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
We, the undersigned, agree to hire the services of Painted Fantasy Carriages for the above event at the rate of $300.00 for the first hour, per carriage. We understand that additional hours will continue at the rate of $75.00 per ½ hour per carriage. In order to secure this date and time we agree to give Painted Fantasy Carriages a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00. Balance for services will be calculated less the deposit fee. Additional trip fees may be applicable. Need for escort service is at the sole discretion of the carriage company. Time calculated from the time noted on this contract (hook-up) and continue until tear down. We understand that if the event is canceled for any reason including act of God, that this deposit will be forfeited. All weather cancellations are at the discretion of Painted Fantasy Carriages and if Painted Fantasy Carriages should cancel, deposit will be returned. All initial fees are due 48 hours prior to the actual event. If available, an additional service in ½ hour intervals requires immediate cash payment. We understand there will be a $50.00 fee for all return checks plus court costs if applicable.
Painted Fantasy Carriages agrees to arrive on time for the event and to the best of their ability to follow the directions above. A representative of the Carriage Company agrees to either meet in person or telephone conference with a contact person for the event to go over specific directions and instructions and if necessary to run through the route with the contact person to determine any obstacles that might be encountered and to decide how best to deal with them. In the event that the Carriage Company representative finds a problem on the route that they feel will endanger the passengers the Carriage Company will reserve the right to change the route for the safety of all concerned. We agree to have someone available for this meeting.

We agree to be financially responsible for any damage done by ourselves or our guests to the equipment of Painted Fantasy Carriages. Children are to be supervised at all times by an adult. We agree to not exceed the safe capacity of the vehicle.
Any arrangements with outside organizations and or businesses about the horses and the vehicles on their property are the sole responsibility of the party contracting for carriage service and not the responsibility of Painted Fantasy Carriages. We understand that Painted Fantasy Carriages, the owners, heirs, agents, and subcontractors will assume no responsibility for damages and or losses to property or persons, organizations or businesses involved in this event.
WARNING
Under Tennessee Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, title 44, chapter 20.
