FARM PAC - EXTENDED ENDORSEMENT

1.Emergency Produce Removal

“We” will pay up to $500 for expenses incurred for the removal of produce from an insured building in order to prevent a fire from spontaneous combustion. The removal of produce must be at the direction and supervision of a fire department.

2.Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Rental Reimbursement

“We” cover the necessary expenses incurred by “you” for renting substitute agricultural machinery and equipment to continue normal operation when there is a loss to covered agricultural machinery or equipment by a peril insured against. “We” agree to pay up to $75 a day; but no more than $750 for any one “occurrence”. “You” must use all reasonable means to avoid or reduce loss under this coverage.

3.“Farm” Extra Expense- E, F & G

“We” pay the actual and necessary expenses “you” incur to resume normal “farming” operations interrupted as the result of direct physical loss by a peril insured against to property covered under Coverages E, F or G.

Coverage for such extra expense is not limited by the expiration of this policy. However, “we” will not pay extra expenses “you” incur after the period required for repairing, rebuilding, or replacement of covered property.

Extra Expense Coverage does not include loss caused by or resulting from the enforcement of any ordinance or law which requires “you” or others to test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify, neutralize or in any way respond to or assess the effects of “pollutants”.

“We” will pay up to $500 per month for a maximum of three months.

4.Barn Glass Breakage

“We” cover breakage of glass that is part of the primary barn structure insured by this policy. “Our” maximum “limit” of liability is $500 per “occurrence”.

“We” do not cover:

a.neon tubing attached to the barn; or

b. any glass breakage if the barn has been vacant or unoccupied beyond a period of 60 consecutive days immediately preceding the loss.

5.Refrigerated Milk Spoilage

“We” cover loss to contents of a bulk milk tank on the “insured premises”. “We” pay no more than $1,000 per “occurrence”. The covered contents must be owned by “you”. The loss must be caused by a change in temperature resulting from:

a.interruption of electrical service to the refrigerated bulk tank. The interruption must be caused by damage to the generating or transmission equipment; or

b.mechanical or electrical breakdown of the refrigeration system. “You” must maintain the refrigeration equipment in proper working condition.

6.Additional Perils - Coverage F & G

This policy is extended to insure against direct physical loss to property covered under Coverage F & G - Farm Personal Property caused by the following additional perils:

a.attack of “Livestock”-- This covers death or destruction of “livestock” which results directly from or made necessary by attack of dogs or wild animals;

b.accidental shooting of “Livestock”-- This covers death or destruction of “livestock” which results directly from or made necessary by accidental shooting except by “you”, members of “your” family, employees of any “insured”, or persons residing on the “insured premises”; or

c.drowning of “Livestock”-- This covers death or destruction of “livestock” which results directly from or made necessary by drowning, excluding “livestock” less than 30 days of age.

d. collapse-- This means direct loss to covered “farm” personal property or vehicles caused by the collapse of any insured building or part thereof.

7.Borrowed, Rented or Leased “Farm” Machinery,Vehicles and Equipment

Subject to the PERILS SECTION -- COVERAGES E, F, AND G “we” will pay up to $5,000 on all “farm” machinery, vehicles and equipment, which are used in “your” “farming” operation and in which “you” have no interest as owner or lienholder, but which are in “your” care, custody or control. This does not include “motor vehicles” other than wagons and trailers designed for “farming” purposes and used principally on “farm” premises, camper bodies, watercraft, aircraft, their equipment, tires and parts; dealers demonstration machinery, vehicles and equipment.

8.Loading/Unloading of “Livestock” or Poultry

This means the sudden, unforeseen and unintended accident or event which causes or necessitates death of covered “livestock” or poultry and which occurs while they are being loaded or unloaded in or onto vehicles used to transport them.

9.Silo Unloader Collision

“We” will pay up to $2,000 for damage done to any scheduled silo unloader caused by collision with the ground. This does not increase the amount of coverage on any silo unloader.
