To reach the levels and benefits listed above, please choose a combination of sponsorship opportunities from the list or should you prefer, select an individual sponsorship opportunity below:

Breakfast $2,500

Host a breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Benefits include recognition in the onsite program and a sign at the breakfast. Up to four (4) sponsors accepted.

Lunch $3,500

Host a sit down lunch on Monday or Tuesday or a box lunch on Wednesday. Benefits include recognition in the onsite program and a sign at the lunch. Up to three (3) sponsors accepted.

Opening Reception $3,000

This is the event that everyone attends on Monday evening. It is the kick-off to the premier healthcare internal auditing conference of the year. Don’t miss this chance to have your information in the onsite program and a sign at the event. We will also use your logo on the cocktail napkins.

Networking Break $1,500

Host a break on Monday or Tuesday. Benefits include recognition in the onsite program and a sign at the entrance to the break. Up to four (4) sponsors accepted.

Keynote Speaker $2,500

Host the opening session on Monday, September 13. Benefits include recognition in the onsite program and a sign at the entrance to the session.

Conference Tote Bags $5,000

The tote bags will have your logo imprinted and will be carried by every attendee of the conference.

Cyber Café $3,500

The cyber café will allow the attendees to check their email and fill out their evaluations. This is great exposure along with recognition in the onsite program and a sign in the café area.

Fun Run/Walk $1,000

T-shirts with your company logo will be used by every attendee in the Fun Run/Walk along with water bottles with your logo. You will also be listed in the onsite program.

Badge-Holder Lanyard $2,000

You can have your company’s name prominently displayed by each person. Attendees wear their badge holder and lanyard throughout the entire conference. You will also be listed in the onsite program.

Hotel Room Keys $2,500

When each attendee checks into the hotel, they will receive a key to their room with your logo on it! This is a great way to get your company into each attendee’s hand, literally!

Conference Pen $1,000

Distribute a conference pen with your corporate logo and a corporate flyer in the tote bag, something that attendees will take home and use in their workplace and be noticed by their co-workers.

Hospitality Suite/First Time Conference Attendee Reception $3,000

Host the First Time Attendee Reception on Sunday or Tuesday. Benefits include recognition in the onsite program and a sign at the entrance to the event. Up to four (4) sponsors accepted.

  • Exclusive Welcome Reception – Your organization’s logo will be printed on napkins which will be used during the welcome reception. This option enables you to distribute marketing materials during the reception (prior approval required). Yyou have the opportunity to upgrade the reception with entertainment, upgraded décor, and sponsor logos on all directional signs.
  • RECEPTION ADD-ONS
  • Co-sponsorship of the Welcome Reception – Up to 4 companyies can co-sponsor the welcome reception and gain the same benefits as above with the other co-sponsors
  • Menus – Your logo will be showcased on the reception menu
  • Technology Sponsor – Your organization will have an oppoprtunity to sponsor AV items for the general and concurrent sessions and Wi-FI for the exhibit hall
  • Directional Signs – Your organization’s logo will be prominently featured on the directional singsn seen by attendees (except the Welcome Reception)
  • Massage Therapy – Attendees will receive complimentary massages on behalf of your organizaitona t a booth located adjacent to your exhibit booth
  • Attendee Hospitality Gift – Your organization name and logo will be featured on a gift card that will accompany a gift given to each attendee during registration
  • USB sponsorship – Each attendee will receive a USB drive featuring your organization’s logo
  • Concurrent Session Candy 0 Attendees of the concurrent sessions will enjoy candy that is packeaged in a manner that features your organization’s logo
