- Camp Master is in charge of camp site.
- All den leaders and parents should help Camp Master enforce camp rules.
- All adults should follow BSA Transportation Guidelines and Pledge of Performance.
- No electronic devices.
- No food in tents.
- No horseplay in camp. No sword fights. No sticks in fire.
- No running through camp fire area or kitchen.
- Recommended that campers arrive before sunset.
- Pack will dismiss on Sunday after camp site approved by Camp Master.
- All den leaders should bring completed stepping stone service project to camp site fire ring.
- All den leaders should organize their dens into groups (patrols) of 8 or less for Saturday games.
Tigers (Scouts & Parents)
Clean, fill & maintain water and Gatorade jugs all weekend.
Clean eating tables all weekend.
Heat water for coffee for Saturday & Sunday breakfast6:30am.
Support Bears & Webelos.
Run pack game 9:30am – 10:30am, 1:00pm – 2:00pm.
Wolves (Scouts & Parents)
Setup garbage bags, pickup and dispose of garbage in dumpster all weekend.
Distribute Cuboree T-shirts.
Support Bears & Webelos.
Run pack game 10:30am – 11:30am, 3:00pm – 4:00pm.
Setup, serve & cleanup Saturday & Sunday pack breakfast. Serve meal to pack from6:30am – 7:30am.
Bears (Scouts & Parents)
Setup and take down canopy, tables and lanterns.
Setup and take down kitchen.
At Lodge at 7:45am for game instructions. Run pack game 8:30am – 9:30am, 2:00pm -3:00pm.
Lead scavenger hunt 11:30am -12:30pm. Turn in bin by 12:30pm.
Pickup ice pops and bring to camp at 12:30pm.
Setup, serve & cleanup Saturday pack dinner. Serve meal to pack from 5:00pm – 6:00pm.
Webelo 1 (Scouts & Parents)
Clean and maintain bathroom and wash basin all weekend.
Post pack colors and US flag in camp.
Post pack 442 welcome banner. Mount on a camp gadget using lashings for extra inspection credit.
Post sign on Camp Master tent.
Assist Tigers with tent setup.
Carry pack flag to morning flag ceremony and Sunday service.
Archery range support at range by 7:15am for instructions.
Setup, serve & cleanup Saturday pack lunch.Serve meal to pack from 11:30am – 12:30pm.
Webelo 2 (Scouts & Parents)
Put safety tape on tent lines, around platforms and other obstacles.
Post first aid sign.
Post camp rules,duty roster and schedule of events.
Post Pledge of performance and transportation guidelines (See CM)
Maintain fire bucket and shovel.
Stack firewood.
Build and put out Friday camp fire.
Setup, serve and cleanup Friday smores.
Prepare camp for inspection after Saturday breakfast and after Saturday lunch per inspection sheet.
BB range support at range by 7:15am for instructions.
Lead pack cheers as Pack 442 spirit leaders.
Cuboree To Do List
Select pack game.
Collect health forms and meal plan fees by Oct pack meeting
Go thru trailer inventory and replace or add gear.
Develop meal plan and supplies list.
Provide car passes to all attendees to fill out before arriving.
