Oxford New Adult Course: Sample Design Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to theOxford New Adult Course: Shaping Learning Together prize draw October 2016.

2. By entering this prize draw the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and instructions and agreed to be bound by them.

3. This prize draw is organized by Oxford University Press, Great Clarendon Street, Oxford OX26DP, United Kingdom ("OUP").

4. To enter the prize draw you must:

a) Fill out and submit all of the required fields in the survey b) submit a valid email address on the survey

5. The prize draw is open to everyone who completes the survey, but not to employees of OUP, their friends or family, or anyone connected with the product given away as the prize. No participant may enter more than once. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your employer to enter this prize draw.

6. The prize is a set of Oxford Bookworms Bestseller Library Packs. Five winners will be randomly selected by OUP, and asked to confirm their postal address.

7. OUP will use your details to administer your prize if you win. If you are successful in the prize draw, OUP may publish your name on their ELT website Please see OUP’s website at for details of our privacy policy.

8. Any entry which is incomplete, illegible, late, or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of OUP.

9. The prize draw will take place after the closing date of 23 October 2016. The winners will be notified and invited to accept the offered prize within 7 days of being contacted. If a notified winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner will be selected from the remaining entries and contacted as previously stated. Once a subsequent winner has been selected, the previous winner is no longer entitled to the prize.

10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OUP hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the prize draw or the prize. Nothing however shall exclude OUP’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

11. In the event of any dispute regarding the prize draw, the decision of OUP shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

12. OUP may withdraw or cancel the prize draw for any reason and at any time and may change the prize to a prize of a similar value. There is no cash alternative. OUP is under no obligation to offer refunds, but may do so at its sole discretion.

13. OUP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by UK law.
