  • Responsible for internal control over financial reporting. Based upon process flows, I have implemented, enhanced and streamlined controls within various financial processes. Created process narratives, flowcharts and control matrices for new processes.
  • Led finance contingent in issuance of $265.0 Million senior secured toggle PIK notes. Participated in “Road Show” across eight cities and 22 meetings related to issuance of notes. Worked with large bank capital markets team and legal counsel on a regular basis to prepare analysis, answer investor questions and complete due diligence requests.
  • Created financial reporting and consolidation process and implemented Hyperion HFM application. Prepare key reports used by management on a regular basis.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements. Responsible for the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Also responsible for overseeing the completion of EDGARization of financial statements, XBRL compliance, and press releases.
