In the event of cancellation the following rates will apply:
- 12 - 8 weeks before your arrival 25% of the fee is due
- 8 - 4 weeks before your arrival 50% of the fee is due
- 4 - 2 weeks before your arrival 80% of the fee is due
- 2 weeks before your arrival the FULL amount is due

Fuel is currently charged at 20p per kilometre driven (may alter subject to fuel prices)
Buses can be booked up to 1 month in advance
Drivers must have a current MIDAS certificate & East Lothian Council Permit
The hirer will be liable for the first £1500 of any damage to the vehicle.
In the event of cancellation the following rates will apply:
- Within 1 week of hire the FULL amount is due
