RE:Spring Art Walk

The Arts & Humanities Council of Southwest Louisiana is againhosting the annual Spring Art Walk on Friday, April 25th, from 5PM – 9PM and we will be expanding this event into something we can all be proud of!Spring Art Walk 2014will showcase area artists in pop-up galleries, feature live art demonstrations, both an adult and a new children’s Art Battle, great food, live music, andan Outdoor Art Market to create a full-fledged visual arts festival throughout the heart of Downtown Lake Charles.

We invite you to join us and take this opportunity to promote and sell your art / craft. You are welcome to bring easels, displays, tables, chairs, patio tent or umbrella and anything else that you may need. Electrical access is not guaranteed and the Arts Council will be unable to provide it. Vendors should expect to start selling by 5 p.m., and set-up may begin at 3p.m. This is all dependent on whether we can get a portion of Ryan Street blocked from traffic. We will coordinate with you on the exact location as we get closer to this event.There may also be an indoor location in case of rain, to be determined.

We will be doing extensive marketing for this event including purchasing advertisements, television promotions, map printing, and awesome online marketing. In order to cover this cost, the fee is $15 per vendor space. We will provide one 8 foot table. This fee will also cover your booth name, as designated below, to be included in the official map which is distributed across the Lake Area.By signing this registration, you agree to pay the $15 fee. Rain or shine – no refunds.

**Please email me high resolution jpegs of your work for inclusion in various marketing campaigns for this event. There is no guarantee that your photo will be used.

Spaces for vendors is EXTREMELY limited this year, and will be assigned by the Art Council.
