Biele Karpaty Region has succeeded in theprojectcalledExchange ofknowledge and approvedmethodstowardssustainabledevelopmentofcrossbordercooperationofV4countrieswithinthe standard grantsofthe International VisegradFund.

Objectiveoftheprojectis to helpeachother to develop in the long term ownborderregions and the area ofCentralEurope as awholeuntil and aftertheyear 2013 by meansofexchangingthebestexperiences and specificfeaturesacquiredfromthedevelopmentoftheborderregionsof SK-CZ, SK-PL, SK-HU.

Outcomeoftheprojectwillbethedefinitionofcommontopics, specificfeatures, needs and trends in crossbordercooperationofV4countrieswhich – due to theirsize – havethelongestborders in Europe.
