6. Mentoring

Type of Mentoring / Description / No. of Mentees / No. of MentorsPeer Mentoring / Outgoing FReeZA Committee members mentor incoming members. Mentoring relationship lasts from 1 to 3 months
Group Mentoring / Industry professionals coach or mentors small groups of young people on a particular aspect of the industry (sound & lighting production). Mentoring Relationship is often time limited.
One-on-One Mentoring / An experienced adult is matched and mentors a young person providing relevant career advice, support and referrals etc. Mentoring relationship lasts from 3 to 6+ months.
7. FReeZA Event Review

8. Acquittal of Funds
DHHS does not require an acquittal of funds for your FReeZA program for the period July to December 2017.
An acquittal of funds for the delivery of your FReeZA program will be based on a 12 month financial year for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.
