HOW TO PLACE A BID
Join us for the Bob McDonald Fundraising Dinner at the Heriot Bay Inn, Quadra Island on June 16 (tickets available at 1.877.605.4545) or participate in the silent auction in the following ways:
By mail: Mark the envelope with “Auction Bid” and mail to Heriot Bay Inn, Box 100, Heriot Bay, B.C. V0P 1H0. Must be received by Friday, June 15.
By drop off: Place sealed bid in the box at the Heriot Bay Inn front desk. Deadline is 5:00 pm Friday, June 15
By email: Send to adline is 5:00 pm, Saturday June 16.
Please include your name, address, phone number and email address. CLEARLY INDICATE WHICH ITEM(S) YOU ARE BIDDING ON AND THE AMOUNT OF YOUR BID FOR EACH ITEM.
All of these bids will be kept confidential until 6:30 pm on the night of the auction and fundraising dinner. Successful bidders will be either notified either at the dinner or by phone or email by June 17th. Payment must be by cheque payable to the Quadra Island Conservancy and Stewardship Society and mailed to QICCS Box 202, Heriot Bay, B.C. V0P 1H0

ITEM #1Coast Mountain Expeditions Two-Day Kayak Trip
A wonderful way to see the spectacular Octopus Islands and the private lands we are working to acquire. This is a weekend kayak camping trip for two people to Waiatt Bay and Octopus Islands Marine Park leaving from the Discovery Island Lodge located on the northeast side of Quadra Island. This all-inclusive trip is scheduled forAugust 10-12, 2012and will depart on Friday, 10th at 9:30 am and return late Sunday afternoon.
