1 Recent Changes

1.1 This document lists recent changes to the ISDN section of Our Customer Terms.

The number prefixes 014711, 014712 and 014718 have been withdrawn from use in connection with Iterra services and made available for use with Telstra Mobile Satellite services.

With immediate effect we have clarified in the table in section 3.9 of Part B that calls to mobile numbers on BusinessLine Complete are charged in blocks of 60 seconds (or part thereof) in accordance with the amendments made on 22 March 2011.

Various changes in wording due to changes in legislation.

23 May 2011 / 1411 Override Code /

On and from 23 May 2011, the 1411 override code will no longer be available.

This means that on and from this date, no customers will be able to make calls using the 1411 override code to access certain call rates on our network.

  • All timed calls are charged in 60 second blocks.
  • Calls to mobiles are 35c per minute, whether you call a Telstra or non-Telstra mobile.
  • The rate for STD timed calls >50km is 22c per minute.
  • The call connection fee for calls to mobile, STD and international numbers is 40c per call.

On and from 22 March 2011:
  • All timed calls will be charged in 60 second blocks.
  • Calls to mobiles will reduce from 37c to 35c per minute, whether you call a Telstra or non-Telstra mobile.
  • The rate for STD timed calls >50km will reduce from 24c to 22c per minute.
  • The call connection fee for calls to mobile, STD and international numbers will change from 35c to 40c per call.
