A Recipe for Your Dog

LABBIE NOSHERS

Makes 30 chewish delights.

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 egg

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1-1/4 cups water

4 cups whole-wheat flour

1/2 cup cornmeal

1.2 cup quick-cook oats

1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg, peanut butter, vanilla and water.

In a second bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, oats and peanuts.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.

Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead until thoroughly mixed together.

Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thick and cut out shapes.

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.

Cool on a rack before serving. Store in a sealed container.

"Ashes" again went BOB.
Both girls are bred, owned and loved by Donna Thate.

Riverroad Dasher JHpassed the AWC Test at the WLRC Working Certificate Test Day.It was a beautiful day on beautiful grounds. We had great judges. I am having asuper time with this boy.

Cedar Springs Velvet Isle Of Capri had a great first weekend out showing. She wasWinners Bitch/Best Of Winners/Best of Opposite Sex at the Greater DeKalb Kennel Club show on July 7, 2013. Cappie is bred, owned, handled and loved by Mary J. Herburger.

So proud of my boy, a Sparky x Calypso son,who had just turned seven months andwas the youngest to earn his WC at our WLRC test on 7-6-13.

Sommit’s Motocross aka Townleytook WD on July 7th in DeKalb and July 14thin Belvedere.

Sommit’s JunuhCD BN RE WC took 1st and 2nd in Novice B obedience on July 7th in DeKalb and earned her CD title and also earned her WC the same weekend at the WLRC test.

Sommit’s Some Like It Hot BN RE WC earned her WC at the WLRC test.

Sommit Chestnut Hills Veta BN RN took 1st in Nov B at the Waukesha show on July 26th.
