To the best of my knowledge, I hereby affirm the information provided above in this document to be accurate. I affirm that the products listed have been certified to the terms of the US-EU and US Korea Organic Equivalency Arrangement and in particular the following conditions have been met:
· NOP Certified Apple and Pear products identified above which constitute or contribute to products exported to The European Union or Korea have been produced without the use of antibiotics for at least three (3) years prior to harvest.
· EU or Korea Certified Livestock products have been produced without the use of antibiotics and are final processed/handled in an EU Member State
Furthermore, I authorize my company’s certification agent to release the information below concerning compliance with the applicable additional requirements of the US-EU and US-Korea Equivalency Arrangement.
