TENDER CALL NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDERS

1.Sealed tenders are invited from reputed specialized firms having adequate experience for pre-qualification to carry out works as detailed in the table towards renovation of Rabindra Mandap and Bhanja Kala Mandap of Govt. of Orissa at Bhubaneswar.

2.Bidding documents with all details may be purchased from the Office of the undersigned from the date 30.06.07 to 07.07.07 within 11.00 hours to 15.00 hours on payment of non-refundable amount as indicated in the table below in the shape of cash.

3.The Tender document can also be down loaded from our web site at www. idcoindia com. In that case the cost of the Bid document shall be submitted along with the Tender paper in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Orissa Industrial Infrastructure development Corporation”. Payable at Bhuabneswar in a separate cover.

4.IDCO shall not be responsible for any delay / difficulties / in accessibility of the down loading facility for any reason what so ever, in case of any discrepancy between the Tender Document down loaded from intern ate in the mater copy available in the office, the master copy will prevail. No claim on this account will be entertain.

5.The sealed bid prescribing the name of the work as given in the Tender Notice must be delivered to the office of the undersigned on or before 15.00 Hrs., on dtd. 11.07.07. The bid will be opened on 12.07.07 at 15.30 Hrs. in the presence of the Bidder of their Authorised representatives. If the office happens to be closed on the specified date the Bids will be received and opened on the next working day of office at the same Time and Venue. None receipt or delayed receipt of Tender on any account shall be at Tenders risk.
