TENDER CALL NOTICE
The Chief General Manager(C), IDCO, IDCO Towers, Janpath, Bhubaneswar invites tenders from the registered vendors of IDCO as per details given in the table below.
The Tender document may be purchased during office hours from the office of the Manager (T&E), IDCO, IDCO Towers, Bhubaneswar and from the office of the Divisional Head, IDCO, Rourkela Division up to 3.00 PM from Dt.24.4.2007 to 27.4.2007 on production of valid registration letter as IDCO’s vendor, valid PAN, Registration certificate on VAt-611 & clearance certificate on VAT-612 and Valid EPF registration certificate, Experience certificate and Bank solvency certificate. The contractor should have executed similar type of work of composite nature(Civil, Electrical & P.H.) not less than 60% of this tender value in a single agreement during last three years (from the date of issue of DTCN) and also have to produce necessary completion certificate from the concerned client such as Govt. Departments, or PSU along with Bank solvency certificate not less than 20% of cost of tender on proof of financial standing of the company for execution of this project while purchasing the tender documents. The tender documents can also be down loaded from IDCO’s website www.idcoindia.com upto 3.00 PM, 27.4.2007 and must accompany the tender document cost of Rs.6,000.00 ( Rupees ten thousand only if down loaded- Non refundable) in shape of DD along with the tender drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation payable at Bhubaneswar, failing which the tender will be liable for rejection.
The sealed tender of Packet- 1 superscribing the “Technical Offer” containing the cost of tender document (if downloaded from the website), EMD (in shape of DD/ Bankers cheque), attested photo copy of Experience Certificate by a Gazetted Officer(Experience certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent), VAT-611 & VAT 612 Clearance certificate, PAN,EPF Registration & Bank Solvency Certificate clearly mentioning the amount and Bank can release on account of this construction and Packet-2 superscribing “Financial Offer” containing the Bid Document & Bill of Quantities and both the Packets to be put inside one packet superscribing on the top “Tender for Construction of First Floor of Office Space for BPUT at UGIE Complex, Rourkela” and to reach the same to the Manager (T&E), IDCO, IDCO Towers, Bhubaneswar-22, Telephone No.0674-2543804- Extn. No.206 on or before 4.5.2007 during office hour through registered post/ speed post only and will be opened on 5.5.2007 at 11.30 AM in the office of the Manager(T&E), IDCO, IDCO Towers, Bhubaneswar-7 in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wishes to attend. If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the bids or opening of bids as specified, the bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. The technical offer will be opened first. The price bid will be opened only of technically qualified bidders. The undersigned will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delay if any in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same.
