AllICB and ICRC exams are administered through Computer Based Testing (CBT) with the exception of the CARS and SAP exam. All exams are scheduled by appointment only.ICB utilized a separate testing company to schedule all exams (except the CARS and SAP exam). Once an applicant is approved for testing, he/she will be able to schedule their exam appointment online. Although there are exam sites throughout the state, ICB cannot guarantee a location in your area, therefore a person taking the exam may have to travel a bit further than expected.

Exam scores are immediately provided to the testing candidate once the exam is completed. ICB will follow up with the testing candidate via email within 7 to 10 business days in regards to the next step of the credentialing process.

At this time the PCGC exam is not available. The application is still available; however, the testing process will be delayed until further notice.

The CARS and SAP are paper/pencil format exams and are administered on weekdays only in our Springfield Office.
