The above organisation agrees to join Chesterfield Timebank as an ‘Organisational Participant’ and adhere to the following conditions:
As an Organisational Participant you will:
1. be willing1 to request assignments from, and undertake assignments for, the Timebank in exchange for Timebank Time Credits2.
2. maintain regular contact with Chesterfield Timebank to make requests for assistance from Timebank members.
3. regularly send Time Credit forms detailing any time exchanges.
4. have considered the suitability and ability of your representatives, etc., engaging with Chesterfield Timebank.
5. alert Chesterfield Timebank to any difficulties whilst participating in time exchange.
6. not to disclose without prior permission personal details of Timebank members.
7. ensure that all Health & Safety precautions are in place whilst participating in any Timebanking assignments or whilst Timebank members are involved in assignments within your organisations activities.
8. ensure that all organisation members be aware of Chesterfield Timebank’s ‘Standards of Care’ before participating in any assignments. A participant must not –
a. breach the service reciever’s privacy or confidentiality
b. pressure the service receiver to accept his/her religious beliefs or political viewpoint
c. bring friends or relatives to the service receiver’s home (unless previously discussed and agreed)
d. solicit or accept money, gifts, or tips from the service receiver
e. consume the service receiver’s food and drink, unless invited to do so
f. smoke in the service receiver’s home
g. use the service receiver’s telephone for personal calls
h. use the service receiver’s car
I agree, on behalf of the Organisational Participant, to the above conditions, and to maintain this membership agreement.

1When you join Chesterfield Timebank you never have to commit to giving a certain number of hours each week or month – you help when you can. What we ask of you is a willingness to help out at some point when it is convenient to you.
