Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the March 11, 2009 meeting were approved as amended.
Mapping Update
Chair Lee reported that there was a refined list of who should be included on the map. OJUA members will be asked to supply their Shape files first to be used for developing the base map.
Accuracy Rate
Chair Lee reported that the document had been presented to the Board and had been posted on the web site. He added that Salem Electric had pointed out that an additional bullet should be added, reflecting that it is not an error if it is a requirement by a company’s construction standard. Chair Lee will draft language to that effect.
Loose Wires
Staff was instructed to correct the spelling of “Handbook” from Exhibit A of the March 2009 minutes and post on web page with the Bell drawing supplied by John Wallace.
Spring Training
Chair Lee discussed the roll of the Standards Committee at Spring Training. Jim McGuire reminded the Committee that Rob Kolosvary had requested photos and code references for Stump the Panel Tamara Johnson and Jim Flu will present the Standards Committee Manual. The Committee reviewed and edited the Standards Manual.
Next Meeting
The next meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 1:00 p.m.
