ORDERING PRINT MATERIALS IN THE FACULTY OF ARTS
(from June 20, 2011)
- Go to
- Click on “Place an Order”
- Click on “Place a Print Order”
- Register if you are a new user (i.e. If this is your first time).
Also please note that after creating your user profile, an email will be sent to you titled ‘PrintSYS - Confirm your account creation’. Follow the link in the email to complete your account creation.
- Login(using the username and password you created when you registered)

- Click on “Create a new print request” folder to create your print request/order
- Complete online print request FORMby following these 3 steps:

Complete all required fields. Select printing, sorting and finishing options as needed.
Fields & Check Boxes to Note
Speed Chart No: DEVR
You will need a speedchart number to complete your on-line order. Please obtain from your department/unit.

Step 3 – Confirming Request
Click on “Last Step - Confirm request” which will take you to the next page.
Click on “Proceed”.
Review the price.
Click on Confirm Request.
Once confirmed, you will receive an order number that you can use for tracking purposes. Status of your order is also visible once order confirmed.
