OCSC Tally Sheet 2014
~ Orange County Spring Count Tally Sheet ~
Thanks for contributing to the Orange County Spring Count!
It will make my job a whole lot easier if you could submit your count results as a Word document using the table below, and if you follow these simple instructions:
- Do not change the order of species on the sheet!
I will be copying and pasting everybody's entries into one master spreadsheet, and that only works if everybody's input is in the same order. - For any species you do not observe; leave the name in place, and just leave the count blank
- Any species not on the list, please enter under “Other Species”. Do not add them to the main list.
- Fill in as much information as you can to identify who, when, where, etc.
- Email the completed sheet as a Word document to me at:
If you really must, I can also accept a hard-copy or PDF, but only as a last resort.
- Any species highlighted in yellow,or not on the list, please provide details of the sighting. A “Rare Bird Report Form” is attached. Photos are great (if you remember to carry a camera).
- If you count multiple different areas, please submit a separate list for each.
Any question, write to me, or call 714-401-7852
Thanks!Darrell Wilson
