Optics Frontier--2009’ Laser Technology Forum and Outstanding Achievements Release Conference of Chinese Optics 2008’
As one of the greatest inventions in 20th century，laser technique develops so quickly that lasers have been widely used in various scientific and industrial fields. A high-tech laser industry chain including lasers, laser processing, laser communication has formed. For promoting the combination of domestic laser research and industry development, Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences will hold 2009’ laser technology forum in shanghai on 17-19 March, 2009. This forum will be held with LASER. World of Photonics China 2009. The activity will exhibit the current situation of the development of laser research and industry of China and other countries.
At that time, many famous laser experts from home and abroad will introduce the frontier and challenge of current laser technique. And some famous laser corporations will show us the advanced laser devices. You can communicate with these specialists face to face. You are invited to submit your latest research achievement to our journal. Outstanding papers will be recommended to Chinese Journal of Lasers （Ei）. Meanwhile, Laser and Optoelectronics Progress will release the list of “Outstanding Achievement of Chinese Optics 2008”, and award the certificate.

Requirement of papers
The total characters of paper should not be more than 8000. The papers including theory calculation, experimental report and letters should be innovativeness, originality, reliability. The paper which has been published on other official journal will not be accepted. The paper should be marked as thesis topic, authors, institutions, mailing address (including post code, telephone number, e-mail etc). Please make clear your paper belong to which kind of scope demonstrated above. The format of paper please refer to Chinese Journal of Lasers. The accepted papers will be published on Chinese Journal of Lasers.
