Operation Assistant

A position based in Córdoba, Argentina that offers international educational experiences all over the world and specializes in Latin America, offers an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dynamic and multinational team.

POSITION

Please note that this is an unpaid internship.

We are in search of student/recent graduate with excellent command of English (knowledge of other languages is an asset!) for our Operation Department. Ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and first-class writing skills. We value a result-oriented profile and initiative, as well as work experience in an international company, study abroad and/or international travel experience.


Part-time: Monday to Friday, 20 hours/week.

Minimum commitment: 3 months. 6 months preferred.

Start date: as soon as possible.

Location: Córdoba, Argentina


REQUIREMENTS
Place of residence: Córdoba, Argentina (or willing to relocate)

Education: Academic, Ongoing, Graduate

Study area: Management, international Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Tourism and related.

Language: English. Spanish and other languages are an asset.


RESPONSIBILITIES

º  Work as a part of Operations Department

º  Report to Product Manager

º  Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

º  Assist in the final preparation and development of intercultural products such as Language Courses, Internships, Volunteer Programs, Au Pair, Young Learners, Accommodation, etc.)

º  Assist in the development of the website´s content.

º  Assist in the content management of Programs and products, offers and communications.

º  Confidential information management of the area.

º  Follow High Quality standard procedures.

º  Write English or Spanish content.

º  Upload content in the website.

º  Analyze the web pages of our competitors.

º  Generate reports on contacts in our system (Vtiger)

º  Develop future forecast of Sales / Bookings / Complaints.

º  Prepare, update and process institutional documents of procedures and user´s manuals that describes in detail the correct develop of the job position tasks, to guarantee the expected results.

º  Control the study material of the CIs.

º  Be a Training support: design, develop of the materials for the participants, follow and develop the surveys and results.

º  Arrange files and documents of the area.

º  Provide the necessary reports to the Product Manager to have a global analysis of the situation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

º  Internet abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills

º  1+ years of experience in marketing, marketing administration, institutional communications, International Relations and customer service

º  Experience in writing content preferably in administrative position.

º  Basic understanding of office work.

º  Advanced word processing skills, including proficiency with Excel and Word

º  Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines

º  Ability to proofread

º  Flexible and proactive in taking on assignments and responsibilities, and willingness to learn
