8 / Elegibility criteria / (i)The tenderer should have completed, in the last three financial years i.e. three previous financial years and current year at least one similar work for a minimum value of 35% of advertised tender value of the work.
Similar nature of work is defined as:“Supply, installation & commissioning of Optical Fibre Communication system using TEC/RDSO approved SDH/Mux equipment.In case tenderer is not OEM, tenderer must have collaboration/MOU with OEM of TEC/RDSO approved SDH/Mux system for design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of SDH/Mux system. Such collaboration /MOU agreement should have been concluded before tender opening and must be submitted along with the offer".
(ii)The contractor should have received the total payments against satisfactory execution of all completed /ongoing works of all types (not confined to only similar works) during the last three financial years and in the current financial year (upto the date of opening of the tender) of a value not less than 150% of the advertised cost of work.
NOTE: PVC Clause is not applicable in this tender.

Ten thousand per set), If tender document is required to be sent by post, a demand draft of Rs.500/- per set extra will be submitted. The cost of the tender documents is non refundable and tender document is not transferable.
