-Tim MaGarrey presented the budget. Pre-lunch discussion/presentation was limited to Tim's presentation.

-Bob Parsons recommends increasing the OAWA membership fee by $10 per member to offset the rising Wrestling Canada affiliation fees.

-Steve Westwood and Steve Suraci initiated a discussion about methods to utilize Regional contribution to the OAWA web communication.

-Utilize membership database to contact all members through Twitter, Facebook

-identify Regional "Tweeters" to communicate Regional activities

E. Presentation Beat the Streets - John Park

-John showed the group the Beat the Streets Toronto video.

-John highlighted the successes of the program and goals of the program

The membership enjoyed and supported the presentation on Beat the Streets, and the President thanked John Park and John Cho for joining us to present the material.
