ONLINE INTRODUCTION

Thank you very much for agreeing to take part in this study which will focus on a smart injection device and software tool in the area of multiple sclerosis (MS) and some different ways in which the manufacturer might talk about this.
The survey will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. It is preferable that you complete the entire survey in one sitting. However, should you wish, you are able to stop the survey at any point and log back in to complete it.
Before you start please read through the following points outlining the aims of the research in accordance with the MRS (Market Research Society) / EphMRA (European Pharmaceutical Market Research Association) market research code of conduct.
1)  This research is sponsored by a pharmaceutical company and is being carried out within the code of conduct of EphMRA.
2)  Please be assured that your identity is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to the company sponsoring this research.
3)  The research is not intended to be promotional in any way and any information presented is done so solely to explore reactions to such information.

We are required to pass on to our client details of any adverse events/side-effects that are mentioned during the course of market research. The discussions will be treated in strictest confidence, although should you raise an adverse event/side-effect during the discussion we will need to report this even if it has already been reported by you directly to the company or relevant regulatory authority.
