ONLINE MEMBERSHIP GUIDE FOR NEW AND RENEWING MEMBERS

·  From this page either chose NO (have not been a member of a surf club within last 2 years) or YES.

·  If you have chosen NO you will be prompted to join sls.com.au.

·  Select organisation – Surf Life Saving Club

·  Nominate club – NSW- Bermagui

·  Complete full membership form. Complete all required fields.

·  At bottom of application there are three acknowledgement boxes need to be completed – one applies if you are a parent or guardian applying on behalf of someone under 18.

·  Once application is submitted there will be a confirmation window with your tracking ID.

·  Please note that each person wishing to join the club will need to complete an application – this applies for nippers and general members.

If you chose YES –

·  This will take you to a login page

·  If you know your username and password use them to login

·  If you do not have an account you will need to create one

·  Once logged in you will be taken to the member portal

·  Click “Lifesaving Online” on the top bar.

·  Your information should appear on this page

·  Click on “Personal Details”, top left bar, confirm details and click submit at the bottom to save changes.

·  Click “Memberships”

·  Click “Renew”

·  Select 2016/2017 season and confirm all details

·  At the bottom of this page there is a declaration which must be completed by all members and adults must completed for by parents or guardians of under 18 applicants.

·  Once submitted you will go to a page which will request you to make a payment.

·  If you wish to pay online (preferred method) click online payments and you will be taken to an Online Payment page.

·  Here you can enter your payment method ie: credit card or direct debit. Enter the amount due (See membership fee) submit

·  Please keep a note of receipt number.

·  Please note that junior memberships will only be accepted with an accompanying parent/guardian membership.

General Membership is suitable for this purpose, however we encourage all parents/guardians to become active senior members and participate in all BSLSC activities.

Family Group

·  To create a family group click onto “My Family” tab, which is found on Members Portal.

·  This is where you can create a family group.

·  Select the family members individually

·  Once in available members box click the forward arrow to the right of the box to add to selected members

·  Once added all members press submit

·  Once the family group is created you can pay for a family membership.

Please ensure you pay for the correct membership category
