Online Conference Registration Instructions-NEW SYSTEM

2017 Oklahoma State Leadership Conference

Registration Open---February 6-17, 2017

  1. Go to the HOSA web site at: apps.hosa.org/hosaconf/login.jsp
  2. In the Local Chapter Advisor section, enter your Charter Number and Password and click “Login”. If you are unsure of your Charter Number and Password, please call Debbie Bennett at 405-743-6843 for assistance
  3. If your screen looks like this----continue with these instructions------
  4. If your screen DOES NOT look like this, follow instructions for the Old Conference Registration System (separate document)
  5. Log in with your charter/password
  6. Click “Conference Registration”

  1. Log in to new Conference Registration System with your chapter number and password
  2. You will see three boxes, select “2017 Oklahoma State Leadership Conference”
  3. You will see a screen that has:
  4. Registration Summary
  5. Registrations
  6. Payments
  7. Click the red “plus sign” to view your membership list
  8. Click “Register” next to the member you want to register for conference
  9. Choose appropriate “Registration Type”
  10. Confirm information in “Contact Information” section
  11. Select “Add Options/Activities”
  12. Select appropriate polo type and size
  13. Click on “Register for Competitive Events”
  14. Choose event
  15. Press “Save” and you will be brought back to your membership list.

If the “save” butoon does not take you back to your membership list, click on “2017 Oklahoma State Leadership Conference” in upper right corner and then click on “Register Member” in bottom right corner

  1. If you need to edit a competitor’s registration prior to registration deadline (Feb 17) – press the button on the left that looks like an eye.
  2. When you complete your registration, at bottom left corner-
  3. Click on “Report” to get
  4. Registration Summary
  5. Invoice
  6. Click on “View” to get
  7. Registration summary
  8. Competitive Events summary
  9. Options/Activities summary
  10. Unregistered Member list
  11. To register teams—
  12. Register team member #1 in event and then click “save”
  13. Register team member #2 in event and then click “save”, then go back to “Select Team Members” box and start typing in team member #1’s name.
  14. Click on team member #1’s name
  15. This should join team member #2 with team member #1
  16. Click “save” again and the team members should be joined in the box
  17. To add more team members, repeat steps b-e.
  18. If you need to register a chaperone/guest that is not a HOSA member, click on “Register Family, …” Chaperones/guests must choose the Advisor polo.
  19. Once you have completed your registration, click on “Reports” then Inovice. Print three copies. Verify the information on the report and then take two copies to your school accounts payable clerk for payment. This report is considered your invoice. Payment should be made out to “OK HOSA” and mailed to the Oklahoma CareerTech, 1500 W. 7th Ave. , Stillwater, OK 74074 “Attention: DebbieHamble”. Bring the third copy with you to on-site registration. To exit the program, click on “Logoff”.
