One World Praying “Children-and-Youth-of-the-Eucharist”before the Most Blessed Sacrament

Before Exposition (Introduction):We are here as one big family in this One World Praying “Children-and-Youth-of-the-Eucharist”program to pray like Blessed Francisco who was so fond of “Hidden Jesus”. We will pray, adore, make reparation, raise our petitions and thank before our Redeemer Jesus, who is God-the Supreme BeingReally Present here in Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity, FOR THE CONVERSION OF POOR SINNERS.1

We must bring the flame of Jesus’ love, even if it is a small one, to the hearts of children, and through the children to their parents, thus reopening the places of faith of our time.”2His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI, while imparting his Apostolic Blessing, sends his prayerful, best wishes to all those who share this Holy Hour. The Holy Father holds these devoted sons and daughters close to his heart and he prays that through the intercession of Our Lady of Fatima, they will always remain close to the Lord Jesus and His holy Church.3

Moderator: In the name of The Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Hymn: O Sacrament Most Holy, O Sacrament Divine all Praise and all thanks giving be every moment Thine.

We shall now recite the Eucharist Prayer, which the three Fatima children used to do often, (please repeat):“O Most Holy Trinity/ I adore Thee! / My God, my God, I love Thee/ in the Most Blessed Sacrament!” (3 times)

We will now recite the Angel’s Reparation and Pardon prayers. It is to be recitedlike 5 decades of the Holy Rosary with the Rosary beads.

On the Our Father beads:“Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, I adore Thee profoundly and offer Thee the Most Precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and the indifferences by which He is offended. And through the infinite merits of His Most Sacred Heart, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of Thee the conversion of poor sinners”

On the Hail Mary beads (Pardon Prayer)“My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee(instead of Hail Mary).

Instead of Holy Mary: I ask pardon of Thee for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love Thee” (10 times)

After the five decades, conclude with“Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, Have mercy on us and on the Whole World”(3 times)

The Angel had asked the Fatima shepherd children, then, which is also for us, now: “Make of everything you can a sacrifice, and offer it to God as an act of reparation for the sins by which He is offended, and in supplication for the conversion of sinners. You will thus draw peace upon your country”.4

During His Life on earth, children were very special to Our Lord, people brought their children to Jesus and He asked that they gather around Him, remarking,” Let the children come to Me. Do not shut them off. The reign of God belongs to such as these”.(Lk 18:16)……..

Let us follow this example of Blessed Francisco of consoling “Hidden Jesus” in the Blessed Sacrament as often as possible to be happy and peaceful byovercoming the evils of our times, by the power of the Holy Spirit! We shall receive the “consolation of their incomparable victory of their precious prayers!”5

BENEDICTION:… theMost Blessed Sacrament is incensed.

RECESSIONAL HYMN, IF POSSIBLE

Regulations to be followed: The posture of kneeling or ofbowing low at adoration expresses the recognition of our humility before the Almighty Lord (cf. Phil 2:10).When the priest and the faithful genuflect before the Eucharist (cf. IGMR, 43), they express their faith in the real presence of Jesus Christ in the sacrament of the altar. (cf.CCC, 1387). In kneeling before the Eucharist and adoring the Lamb who allows us to celebrate the Pasch with Him, we are taught not to bow down beforeman-made idols, and weare given the capacity to obey Him whom we recognize as the only Lord of the Church and the world in a spirit of fidelity, docility and veneration. Kneeling is an apt sign of reverence for the Blessed Sacrament. Our modest and fitting dress (avoiding shorts and indecent apparel) signifies our belief in and worship for the Holy Eucharist. For exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in the monstrance, four to six candles are lighted, as at Mass, and incense is used. For exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in the ciborium, at least two candles should be lighted and incense may be used.7

ONE WORLD PRAYING CHILDREN-AND-YOUTH-OF-THE-EUCHARIST, a World Apostolate of Fatima PROGRAM FOR OUR TIMES byProf. Américo Pablo López Ortiz, International President of the World Apostolate of Fatima

One of the essential elements of the Fatima Message is the call to Eucharistic Reparation. The Angel of Peace taught Francisco, Jacinta and Lucia the wonders of Adoration to the Blessed Sacrament in reparation for their own sins and the sins of the world. Firstly, the Guardian Angel of Portugal, inculcated in the hearts of the three little children REVERENCE towards the Majesty of God, His presence and contemplation in PRAYER. Secondly, the Angel of Fatima prepared them through PENANCE, to open their hearts to God’s grace, learning to hate sin and seek God’s kingdom.

Thirdly, the children received Holy Communion in a mystical experience, under the two species. Children of seven, nine and ten years at that time, 1916, received “Jesus Hidden” under the two species. Their Holy Communion granted from heaven was a special grace that introduced them into God himself. Later, “they were immersed in the mystery of God” by the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary that communicated them “a light that was God himself”. The Holy Trinity revealed to the three little children and their lives were transformed forever.

Blessed Francisco was called to a vocation of contemplative prayer and reparation “to console God’, to cure the wounds caused by sins to the Mystical Body of Christ, to repair the damages caused by sins and their terrible consequences in the spiritual life of the Church. By this vocation, Francisco preferred first to console “Hidden Jesus” before the tabernacle and then, second, to convert poor sinners.

Francisco focused on the sorrow and grief of the Blessed Mother, Mary, her opened heart and the solitude and melancholy of the Divine Presence in the Eucharist, offering his life, meditative prayer, penance, good deeds, charity and suffering, as a reparative victim, an “alter Christus” (another Christ), a young oblation to the Eternal Father. Blessed Francisco set the example as model of the Eucharistic Reparation requested by Our Lady of Fatima when she offered the Great Promise of her Immaculate Heart through the Communion of Reparation of the Five First Consecutive Saturdays, a promise of salvation for devoted souls, a promise of unity and strength for the Universal Church against inner dissentions, a promise for world peace and renewal of faith.

Through the Holy Hour of Children and Youth, at the imitation of Blessed Francisco Marto, many graces from heaven will be granted to overcome the present moral and spiritual crisis. Through the Eucharistic Reparation the world will be renewed and the Church will experience an outburst of New Evangelization to bring many souls to Jesus Christ. We only need to have faith and we will experience the major spiritual renewal from the Eucharist.

The World Apostolate of Fatima, an international public association of the faithful, approved permanently by the Holy See, has established a Children and Youth of the Eucharist Program. It has an ANNUAL WORLDWIDE CHILDREN’S AND YOUTH’S EUCHARISTIC HOLY HOUR, the First Friday in October. This day, or any other, our children and young people adore the Blessed Sacrament in a Holy Hour prepared and executed by them, following the example of Blessed Francisco, the child enamored of the Blessed Sacrament, “Hidden Jesus”, the best possible friend one could have. They also go to their Parish tabernacle as often as possible to “dialogue” with Jesus in the Eucharist, as He will touch their hearts with pure inspirations and consolations out of His great love for them. They observe the First Saturday’s of the Month devotion and bring their friends, relatives and neighbors to share in the Divine Presence. Take the initiative and start in your Parish/ School/ Community/ Family/ Catechism Classes, a group of young adorers of the Blessed Sacrament and you will share the great spirituality of the Message of Fatima, capable of transforming the lives of those searching for God.

→Once, after adoration for our country, a pain pierced my soul and I began to pray in this way: “Most merciful Jesus, I beseech You through the intercession of Your Saints, and especially the intercession of Your dearest Mother who nurtured You from childhood, bless my native land. I beg You, Jesus, look not on our sins, but on the tears of the little children, on the hunger and cold they suffer. Jesus, for the sake of these innocent ones, grant me the grace I am asking of You for my country.” At that moment, I saw the Lord Jesus, His eyes filled with tears, and He said to me: “You see, my daughter, what great compassion I have for them. Know that it is they who uphold the world.”– Entry #286 from the Diary of Saint Faustina.
