TERMS AND CANDITION
1Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Principal Gove. College of Pharmacy Rohru on any working day between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated in the tender documents in the form of cash.
2Earnest money (refundable) Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) only shall be required to be paid by the tenderer along with the tender document through demand draft in favor of the Principal Govt. College of Pharmacy Rohru Distt. Shimla H.P payable at Rohru.
3The earnest money of the bidders whose tender shall not be approved / qualify would be returned after proper scrutiny.
4If the date of accepting/opening the tender happens to be holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next day at the same time.
5By cable or telex or fax condition and tender without earnest money shall not be accepted.
6Principal Govt. College of Pharmacy Rohru reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
7The Principal may appoint a “Negotiation Committee” if required.
8The bidder should arrange hisgas connection and should be capable of making other arrangements e.g. furniture’s and utensils at his own for smooth running of the canteen.
9Electricity Bill shall be borne by the bidder.
10The bidder may attach the supporting documents/experience documents regarding canteen.
11All the disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Sub-Judge Court Rohru.
12Canteen Rent @ Rs. 4890/- in Advance/per month (four thousand eight hundred ninety) per month shall be charged and same should be deposited to cashier before 5th of every month.
13The timing of the Canteen shall be from 8.00 A.M. morning to 9.00 P.M. evening.
I/we______herewith enclosed a sum of Rs. ______as earnest money (EMD) in form of DD or equivalent and should I/we fail to execute an agreement embodying the above mentioned terms and conditions agree the above sum as EMD shall be forfeited to the Principal Govt. College of Pharmacy Rohru Distt. Shimla H.P.
