In continuation of this office order No. TSM. No. TSM. 11/2010/3 dated 27.09.2010, the sub–allocation of Rice under Mukhya Mantrir Anna Surakhya Yojana’2010 for the month of October/2010 for the Urban / Rural Areas of Tinsukia Sub–Division in the District of Tinsukia is hereby made as under.
The allottee will lift the allotted quantity of rice under Mukhya Mantrir Anna Surakhya Yojana’2010 from FCI and issue allotted quantity of the beneficiaries under Mukhya Mantrir Anna Surakhya Yojana’2010 as per the lists enclosed. The allottees concerned will deposit value @ Rs. 547/- per Qtl. to FCI within 15/10/2010 and complete lifting within 20/10/2010.

In pursuance of the communication received from the Director, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Assam, Guwahati –5 vide order No. DS.114/2010/Pt-I/2 dated 25/09/2010 allocating 5500.00 Qtls. of Rice under Mukhya Mantrir Anna Surakhya Yojana’2010 for the month of October/2010 to the beneficiaries of Tinsukia District, sub–allocation of 4994.00 Qtls. of Rice is hereby made as mentioned below which is to be distributed @ 10.00 Kg. per FI Card under MMASY’2010 for the month of October/10. Allocation of 506.50 Qtls. Rice to the beneficiaries under Guijan Dev. Block is not made following the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court’s stay order vide W.P.C. NO. 4930/10. The allottees concerned will deposit value @ Rs. 547/- per Qtl. to FCI within 15/10/2010 and complete lifting within 20/10/2010.

4) Allocation for Tinsukia Sub–Division : - 3063.80 Qtls.
Total Enrollment = 30638 nos.

GRAND TOTAL = 49935 Nos. : - 4993.50 Qtls.
The S.D.O. (Civil), Sadiya and Margherita will take necessary action for lifting of the MMASY’2010 Rice through their PDS nominees for their respective Sub–Division.
