At the hour of 9:00 a.m., the Board of Commissioners of McCone County, Montana, met in administrative session with James Moos, Janet Wolffand Alan Stempel present. Presiding Officer

James Moos called the meeting to order. The pledge of allegiance was recited. The agenda was approved.

The January 4, 2016 minutes were approved as corrected.

The Board reviewed and approved the payroll for the month of December, 2015. Voucher #6 for warrants #81624 through #81642 was issued in the amount of $30,884.21. Voucher #1019 for automatic deposits in the amount of $51,696.18 for a total payroll of $82,580.39was reviewed and approved. (Copies of the vouchers and payroll register are on file in the Commissioners’ files.)

Payroll Deduction Voucher #1020 for warrants #81643through #81647 in the amount of $28,881.46 was reviewed and approved. (A copy of the voucher is on file in the Commissioners’ files.)

The Board reviewed and approved county claims for the month of December, 2015. Voucher #1022 for warrants #73621 through #73696for the amount of $155,752.05 was signed at this time. (A copy of the claim register and voucher are on file in the Commissioners’ files.)

The officers’ reports for December, 2015 were reviewed and approved for the Sheriff, Clerk of Court, Justice Court and Clerk and Recorder. (Copies of the reports are on file in the Commissioners’ files.)

The Board reviewed and approved time sheets for December, 2015 for the employees and department heads under the supervision of the County Commissioners.

The Board approved repairs for the North Shop building in the amount of $1,279.16.

The Board reviewed correspondence the remainder of the hour.

The meeting adjourned at 11:35 p.m.
