QUOTATION CALL NOTICE
Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed PBX maintenance firms having valid VAT clearance certificate in form VAT - 612 and PAN to take up the Annual Maintenance of one seven years old Digital EPABX of “Accord” make model “ADX 600”. The quotationers are required to quote their rates for maintaining the cable as well as the instruments. The quotationers may visit the system, cabling etc. before quoting their rate in any working day between 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. at our Head Office, C/2, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar- 12. All the quotationers are requested o furnish the copy / copies of experience certificate (S) for maintaining similar type of system in any other organization. The quotationers should quote their rate inclusive of all taxes. The quotation should accompany with EMD of Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred) only in favour of the Managing Director, OSCSC Ltd., which will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders. The successful bidder should deposit a security deposit of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) only before entering into the agreement with OSCSC Ltd. The said deposit will be forfeited if the services provided are found to be unsatisfactory. Otherwise the same shall be refunded after one year after settlement of all the accounts.
All the quotation papers should reach the undersigned before 2.00 PM date 28.05.2015. The quotationers are required to send the quotation papers strictly through Regd. Post / Courier Services / Speed Post. The quotation papers received after the above schedule time and date shall not be entertained in any circumstances and the same shall be out rightly rejected. Al the quotations will be opened at 3.00 PM on 28.05.2015 in chamber of FA & CAO in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representatives.
The authority reserves the right to accept or cancel any or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
