October 4, 2017-Booster Club Meeting
14 in attendance including all officers
Opening prayer
Finances August and Prior:
Brought in lots of past due amounts of registrations and summer camps.
Sport Registration On-line:
All Sports registration must be current in order to register for future sports. Only credit card allowed to pay on-line. No check unless coordinated with the church office.
Banners:
· Need banner sponsorship
· Propose that per family, that has a child playing a CYO sport to either purchase a banner or find a sponsor to purchase a banner
· Advertising within St. Michael’s
Signs for Bathrooms:
John Crain is making and hanging signs for bathrooms near concessions.
Bleachers:
· Unanimous vote to purchase the tops for the bleachers. Cost is roughly $2500-$3000
· Researching the costs of Grand Stand bleachers (the bleachers that are able to move on wheels).
Basketball Goals:
· In need of more basketball goals
· Also, where can we store these or lock-up
Storage Shed:
Still in need of a storage shed
Homecoming Bonfire, Friday, October 13th 6-8pm:
(Note: no real fire due to fire ban)
· St. Michael’s Cheerleaders will be greeting at the entrance and handing out glow-in the dark necklaces to all students.
· Athletes should arrive by 5:30pm
· Opening Prayer by Father
· Star-Spangled Banner (Ms. Hudson is suggesting an 8th grade student to Patrick)
· St. Michael’s Cheerleaders will perform
· Christ the King Cheerleaders will be announced and perform
· Athletes will be announced and run through cheerleader tunnel and sign team banners
· Refreshments, Hamburgers, Hotdogs, chips and S’mores
· Have fun and celebrate Homecoming

Researching details of how to make a Balloon Arch for the entrance
