The Prague Congress Centre welcomedits business partnersduringDoors Open Day on 8th January 2018
More than 200 business partnerscame to visit thePrague Congress Centre and they had theopportunity to seebehindthescenesofthe Prague Congress Centre duringtheguidedtours. They alsoenjoyed live music and refreshment. TheDoors Open Daybeganat 3 pm and lasteduntil 6 pm.
ThegoalofthisDoors Open Daywas to show thatthe Prague Congress Centre ismodern and canprovidefirst-classservicesforcongresses, concerts, exhibitions and othertypesofevents. The Prague Congress Centre introducedforexamplenewlyrenovatedpremises, news in AV technology, hallscapabilitiesorimproved IT infrastructureincluding a new Wi-Fi network with 180 accesspointswhichcanbeconfigured as required by theclient.
Orientation and movementthroughoutthebuildingwasfacilitated by a newdigitalnavigationsystemwhichwasinstalledatthe end of 2017. It includesindoor and outdoor LED screenswhichcanalsobecustomizedindividually.
The business partnersalso had a uniqueopportunity to get to knowthenewwayofpresentingcalledvideomapping in the ZOOM restaurant. This very impressive and breathtaking video projectionwas directlyaimedat a table and plates.
Themain program wasprepared in theformofinterestingtoursofthe PCC premisesevery 15 minutes. Theemployeesofthe business department accompaniedthepeopleinterested in the tour showingthe most interestingspacesavailable in the PCC.
A part ofthetourswasalso a visit of a technical background reconstructed in 2017 and gastronomic area whichiscurrentlyoperated by our partner Zátiší catering.
Therefreshmentfrom Zátiší catering and live music by Electroshock band, whichplaysitsownarrangementsofpopular music, wasalsopreparedforthevisitorsthisday. Therewasalso a traditionalraffle - 3 winnersweredrawnfromthe business cardsthrowninto a drawball. Therewereinterestingprizesliketicketsfor STOMP dance show and dinnervouchers to the Holiday Inn Prague Congress Centre and to the restaurant network Zátiší Group.
According to thereactionsoftheparticipantsthe event wassuccessful and the Prague Congress Centre thanksfortheir visit, interest and allthequestions and suggestionstheyshared.
