IFPA Membership $80.(payable to IFPA). Polygraph Exam $40 cash (payable to the examiner at the time of testing). All fees are non-refundable.
Drug Testing:Polygraph testing for all competitors. Photo identification required. Results from recent polygraph exams performed for other contest will not be honored. It is the competitors’ responsibility to ensure they are polygraph tested for the event. If any competitors are not polygraph tested for the event they will be disqualified. Urine testing for top three place winners (in addition to their polygraph tests). Urine samples will be collected immediately after the conclusion of the show. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure a sample is provided before leaving the event. If competitors do not provide samples they are disqualified. Plus all competitors subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter. Polygraph testing will take place at the host hotel (times to be determined). Promoter will contact entrants 1-2 weeks before the show to schedule appointments for testing.
T-Walk: Figure competitors will use house music for prejudging and music supplied by the Competitors for the evening show. Props are not allowed for figure stage walks. Bikini competitors will use house music for prejudging and the evening show.

One trainer/assistant max per competitor is permitted. Trainer’s must purchase a ticketback stage pass (passesare $5). Please contact Promoters for purchase. Via Pay pal to Tickets are non-refundable.
Backstage policy:1 assistant/trainer per competitor allowed. TheyMUST buy a ticket& back stagepass.Whichare good for back stage access andentrance to the theatre. See prices above.

I agree to abide by the decision of the IFPA, and/or contest promoters concerning my participation in an IFPA-sanctioned contest pending the results of any form of testing used to detect use of banned substances with the IFPA. I understand that the administrator or laboratory utilized for substance screenings is the choice of the IFPA and/or the promoters, and agree to accept the results of said testing, whatever they may be. NOTICE: Once becoming an IFPA member AND competing in an IFPA Pro show afterwards, athletes are no longer eligible to compete in any IFPA's amateur affiliate events.Athletes can compete as Pros in any other federation without jeopardizing their IFPA Pro status. In addition, athletesmay still be eligible for other federations’ amateur shows (non-IFPA affiliated ones).
