As team leader responsible for providing reports management and tracking of individual tasks and hours of 5 team members. Responsible for the management of the tasks while protecting the team members from excessive interaction with the government. This included doing a work breakdown schedule to ensure tasks were completed quickly and efficiently with little stress. This involves ensuring job completion while maintaining espirit de corps within the team. I consult with the government lead about scheduling tasks for team members and ensuring outstanding performance. Recognized by the Joint Community as the SME for tactical report formats and legacy broadcasts to include: TIBS, TDDS, TRIXS, NRTD, and TADIX-B, USMTF, TACELINT. Also recognized as an expert on Tactical and Airborne ELINT systems. Broad based Intelligence systems experience and problem solver.

Responsible for the TRIXS broadcast. Assisted with the managing of the budget, billing and hours of three projects. Prepared time and cost estimates for ongoing JITC bids. Recognized by the Joint Community as the SME for tactical report formats and for the legacy broadcasts to include: TIBS, TDDS, TRIXS, NRTD, and TADIX-B. Used the Distributed Simulations Environment (DSE) for injection for testing at NSA. Also recognized as an expert on Tactical and Airborne ELINT systems.

Officer in Charge of TENCAP Systems

US Army, Chief Warrant Officer 3 - Specialty 352J

OIC of the TENCAP Platoon with the AEPDS and FAST SIGINT/IMINT systems. Supervised the installation and modification of IT systems within the operations. I was responsible for 22 soldiers with numerous occupational specialties. Recognized by Army Space Program Office (ASPO) as the Army Subject Matter Expert for TENCAP SIGINT systems. Also recognized as the Army expert on Tactical and Airborne ELINT systems. Broad based experience with Intelligence systems and operations to include: TENCAP, TROJAN SPIRIT, TRIXS, TDDS, TIBS and ASAS. Participated in over 25 exercises with injection of simulated intelligence into TACSIM from the Stand Alone TENCAP Simulator (SATS). Identified new technologies and implemented them as system upgrades this included planning, directing and installing of hardware and software. Supervised, without hindering the mission, hardware and software engineers responsible for the daily maintenance of the systems and networks. There was daily interaction between the engineers and myself. Professionalism was the key to our success. Performed COR duties and managed a budget of over $400,000 without issue. COMSEC custodian for the 201st MI BDE in charge of 25 sub-accounts.

ELINT / Emanations Analysis Technician

OIC of the Advanced Quick Look ELINT collection system. Participated in “JOINT ENDEAVOR” as mission manager for GR/CS. Responsible for the management of 50 soldiers and millions of dollars worth of equipment. Evaluated and prepared written reviews of 6 NCOs. Participated in numerous scripted exercises in support of the Corps and also participated in simulations in Grafenwoehr, Germany. Identified new technologies and implemented them as hardware and software system upgrades from the contractor and government support offices. This included, but was not limited to, the planning, directing and installing of hardware and software. I was the LAN administrator for 22 workstations running NT. Technical writer and accomplished briefer for all levels of military command up to, and including, the OSD. Requested, by name, to provide briefing support to the NATO EW Schools in Oberamergau, Germany, and Anzio, Italy.

Special emphasis on Aerial Electronic Warfare systems including Advanced Quick Look, part of GUARDRAIL Common Sensor, and Quick Look II. Instrumental in man machine studies for the operational interfaces of the GR/CS system in preparation for initial fielding of GR/CS System 1 and System 2 deliveries. Participated in “DESERT SHIELD/STORM” As Platoon Leader of 25 soldiers and the entire QLII ELINT Intelligence system. I was the Collection Manager and SSO for the 11th ACR. During that time I also managed the Readiness Training (REDTRAIN) and Army Language Program (ALP) funds for the Regiment.
