User Impact

To be prepared for the OASIS cutover planned for June 2009, the following key activities need to occur to ensure a smooth and successful migration from Areva OASIS to OATi OASIS. If you have any questions or concerns about the OASIS cutover, please contact your SPP Customer Relations Representative.

OASIS Certificate and Registration:

You must have an OATI certificate and register that certificate prior to the cutover to the OATI OASIS. If you do not have access to OATI's webOASIS system, please contact the OATI Help desk at 763-201-2020 for assistance. If you are not sure what your username or password is on the DEMO system, the OATI Help Desk can assist you. For more information about certificate registration, refer to OATI Digital Certificate Instructions.

Note: If you are already an RTOSS user, you still must register for OASIS with OATi.

Customer Testing:

Begins Monday, May 18, 2009! This testing period runs through June 2, 2009. This is the last opportunity to get acquainted with the OATi OASIS product prior to the cutover.

Pre-requisites to participate in customer testing:

  • Must have a certificate, username, and password registered with OATi.
  • Must register for the OASIS product with OATi.
  • Must be registered in the OASIS demo site at

Customer Testing Timeline:

  • May 18 – June 2 – Scripted Testing Schedule
  • May 22 – 1st Weekly Status Conference Call
  • May 29 – 2nd Weekly Status Conference Call
  • May 2 – Last day of Testing - Status Conference Call

API / New OASIS URL:

Current OASIS URL must to be updated from Areva OASIS to the new OASIS including:

  • Any internal applications (API) that currently call OASIS must be updated with the new URL.
  • Any automated communication processes with the current OASIS node must be updated with the new URL.

Please note that you will not be able to logon to the URL provided until your OATI account is set up in the production environment. This account set up will be complete prior to the cutover to OATI OASIS. In the interim, to test APIs or processes, you may use the OASIS demo site at
