Next Oakfor meeting is July ??.

The next Baronial meeting will be on Sunday, July 23rd at 2:00pm. The location will be at Uthan's house: 8219 Rudolph Rd., Rudolph, OH 43462
There will be a potluck so if you are goin, bring a dish to share. There will be an official archery practice after the meeting.

No change in the balance: $179.45 held for Oakford in the Baronial account.

The monthly exchequer's financial report has been submitted.

Leave the past in the past (For now). Focus on the future of Oakford.

New Business:

Pursuivant (Herald): The position is open for anyone wishing to fill the position. Otherwise Torstein will continue to hold the office until such time as someone else wants it.

All three Marshal positions are open (Heavy, Rapier, Archery):

In order for anyone to fill the Marshal positions applicants must be a currently warranted marshal in that area.
Webminister: The position is open however the Baronial Webminister will fill the position until such time as a qualified applicant would like the position.

Chronicler: The position is open for anyone wishing to fill the position. The position is responsible for the meeting minutes, creating any newsletters (if desired), and detailing the history of Oakford. If the position is not filled the responsibility falls jointly on the Seneschal and Pursuivant.
We need to plan activities/projects for future meetings. Any ideas of things that can be completed in one meeting?
