·  Continued involvement of England Hockey Centrally Contracted Coaches brings the air of professionalism to JRPC. Continued change of emphasis in that CCCs now have more of a mentoring role than a hands on role.

·  New feedback system brought in for players online based on comments rather than focus on marks. Feedback to reflect more the practical environment.

·  Apprenticeship for Advanced Sports Excellence (AASE) for U17s (and some U18s) who reach HiPAC - based on School Year now completed firs full year, running alongside NAGS Academy all producing favourable feedback. JRPC coaches attended NAGS Academy evening to gain understanding of techniques. Similar day arranged for JAC Coaches to attend JRPC.
