Team Qualifier

NSEA Team Dressage Competition

Teams of 3 or 4, 3 scores to count.

Teams to be made up of up to 2 prelim and up to 2 novice riders.

Class 11 Prelim 7(2002) 20x40m

Open to all competitors of any age. To be run under British Dressage rules.

Individuals may also compete.

Class 12 Novice 24 (2010) 20x40m

Open to all competitors of any age. To be run under British Dressage rules.

Individuals may also compete.

Individual

Class13 Elementary 49 (2009) 20x40m

Open to all competitors of any age. To be run under British Dressage rules.

Individual classes: £12.00 Team Entry: £12.00 per rider

Rosettes to 6th place for top Individual in each class and to top 6 Teams

Judging will be by British Dressage Listed Judges.

Catering will be available throughout the day.

RULES:

1. Please see NSEA rules on for full list of rules. All rules relevant to dressage will apply at this event.

2. Confirmation of entries will be sent to the e-mail address given on the entry form.

3. All entries must be current members of NSAE, and membership number must be included on all entry forms. (See for membership details).

4. Teams are to be made up of four riders, with two riders competing in Class 11 and two in Class 12. The best three scores will be combined to make up the final team score.

5. Individual entries will be accepted in all classes .

6. All riders must be in full time education at the school for which they are competing at the time of the competition, and age under 19 yrs on Jan 1st 2011.

7. All riders must wear a riding hat certified to PAS 015, with chin strap, AT ALL TIMES whilst mounted.

8. Riders may only compete once in any team, and therefore may only compete one horse/pony in any team.

9. No horse/pony may compete twice in the same class, and no horse/pony may be ridden by any person other than the one competing that horse/pony from the time of arrival at the competition until after that horse/pony has completed its test(s).

10. No lead rein competitors will be accepted, but commanders will be allowed for all classes.

11. Due to a lack of space, no lunging of horses/ponies will be permitted on site.

12. Only one Team Manager (Team Trainer, Supporting Teacher, Riding Captain or Responsible Adult) for each school is to deal with the Secretary before, during and after the competition.

13. Declarations to be made by 10 minutes before the start of each class, by the Team Manager.

14. Objections may be made by the team manager only, within 5 minutes of the end of the class, in writing, with a £30 deposit. Video/photographic evidence is not permissible.

15. The organisers, Beaver Hall and all staff and volunteers take no responsibility for any accident, injury, illness, loss, theft or damage howsoever caused to any person, animal or property whilst on the premises. All persons attend at their own risk.

168. All entries must give ONE contact name with e-mail address and/or phone number through which all information will be given. This address will be used solely for the purpose of communicating information about this event, and will not be passed on to a third party.

21. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and all dog mess is to be removed immediately.

22. No hay nets to be fed outside of lorries/trailers, and all droppings to be picked up and removed from the car park before departure.
