An Ordinance to amend Chapter 150, Article IV, Division 4 of the City of Atlanta Code of Ordinances, so as to create a new section 150-159 entitled “Penalty for parking without a permit during permitted festivals; to impose a penalty for parking without a permit in neighborhoods with designated Residential Permit Parking within a one (1)-Mile radius during class “A” outdoor festivals; to amend appendix “B” of the City of Atlanta Code of Ordinances to reflect the penalty; and for other purposes. (Held 05/13/15) by the committee to allow the Department of Public Works to Reach out to all NPU’s)
